The Shoestring Shopping Guide weekly column has appeared in the Toronto Star for the last 19 years and has given us an opportunity to find unique bargains and pass them on to you. There was also women’s performance wear for $14.99. Other items were team wear; long and short sleeve T’s and hats from Kewl that the kids will love.
