It is the only licensed, free standing provincially inspected meat plant in Muskoka. Products include grain fed Ontario beef, Ontario pork, poultry and lamb as well as wild game. The week we visited the shop, they were preparing on site Texas Patties, Beef Jerky, Smoked Beef Ribs, Smoked Pork Ribs, Muskoka Smoked Meat, and Ground Beef. Sausages are made from lean pork without binders or filters and processed using low salt and nitrates using real cherry wood for any smoking in its own smoke house. Premium beef is aged 28 days.
