Shoestring Shopping Guide Inc. (“We”) strives to guarantee customer satisfaction. We do not give refunds. However, we will happily exchange your purchased item if there is any issue within 10 days from delivery of the item. The customer is responsible for all applicable shipping expenses. If there is a difference in cost, the customer will be responsible for these costs. Returns will not be accepted without prior consent and a return authorization number.
